Costs and Booking
If you are a trader and you would like to apply for a pitch, please fill in the Booking Form..
The Market is located within the Sports Hall and Drama Studio, at Penrice Academy, Charlestown.
There is enough parking for up to 4,000 visitors, easy access and local parking for traders, overnight security at Penrice Academy, including video surveillance. Traders will not need to break down their stands on Saturday evening.
We will be arranging live musical entertainment as we do every year, meaning that there will be live entertainment from choirs and musicians all weekend, as well as Santa’s Grotto.
Our marketing will be as extensive as it was in 2018 & 2019 when we had crowds of around 10,000.
We have amended our Booking Conditions to cope with any possible restrictions imposed on us by local or national regulations. Traders who attend the market will need to agree to comply with whatever regulations might be in place at the dates indicated above.

We store contact details so that we can make contact for the purposes of informing traders of future events, for communicating to traders who have booked a pitch at a forthcoming event, to inform the public about traders attending the market and for no other purpose. Details will be stored on a spreadsheet, including name, address, email address and birthday. Data will not be used for any other purpose, or supplied to any other organisation. Members can have access to the records to make sure we only have the stated information, and they have the right to have these details removed on request.
In the event of a breach of security, members will be informed within 72 hours of the discovery of the breach.
